Equally per the information that you have provided, I suggest that y'all follow the methods stated beneath and check if it helps

Method i: Bank check if the date and fourth dimension is synchronize with windows server time in Settings.

Method 2: Refer to the article Error: Can't connect right at present. Please try again later provided in the link below and bank check if you are able to resolve the issue.

ane.go to search bar and search services

2.get to various xbox services listed their

3.if some xbox services are disabled enable them

I know information technology is an OLD mail, but the below worked for me:

from first card, locate the windows powershell

right click, and "run every bit admin" - you lot will need the admin password

run

Become-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

This is to uninstall the app

The app doesn't actually go away. It does appear to, in a non-admin account

Then navigate to the Windows shop and search for the xbox app. You will run across an option to "get" information technology

Go it and it will reinstall.

The reason in my case why the fault was showing, is that I had incompletely logged in into the Windows app account (I had "forgotten" my password). I went thru the password reset steps and and so did the "get" higher up. This gave me a chance to re-login. This fourth dimension, I refused its offer of "play this game beyond devices". The reason being, if you are logged on on different devices at the same time, you may end up with this stuck situation all over again. Another reason: I don't utilise any other windows device

Anyway, I hope this gave you some more than insight to the solution.
